Yesterday the temperature continued to drop, not by any massive margin just a few degrees but it felt a lot colder given there was no wind.
Sky had broken cloud, very slow moving, grey and nondescript .
High pressure from the east has just about built to its maximum as it effects us and is keeping the weather calm but cold

Overcast, still, below freezing. Had heating on low all night..worried about water pipes bursting. (Filled up bird feeder and poured on some boiling water on their drinking thing.).

Here in Manama it's cool, slightly cloudy and I'm thinking shall I put on the radiator tonight? Time will tell.

Yesterday was another cold and dry day. We had a few moment of sunshine mainly in the morning, there is a weakening front coming in from the West which may give us a dusting of snow today but the problem will be early morning as it may rain first and cause black ice instantly on the very cold roads and pavements

Yesterday was another cold day, the rain came around 12.30pm and did not freeze as predicted. Rained until 5.30pm then temperature dropped and the rain turned briefly to snow. Since then the temperature continued to drop and we had snow flurries on and off. It is currently snowing and in a hour or so it going to be chaos on the roads as there as been no sign of a gritter as yet

We had snow flurries all morning, not amounting to much , at best a good dusting.
The early morning commute was difficult on the minor roads but the majors had been well gritted.
Stayed grey all day with light winds going above freezing by 1.00pm, a day very much the same on the cards for tomorrow

Minus 4C and a stiff easterly to add a wind chill that would cut the face off you.

Mist over the lake, as usual, Alps invisible to the south.

But the hot chocolate here is as thick as chocolate sauce, and as sweet.

Feels positively tropical at 4C..I actually sat outside for a bit watching the birds go crazy for food..they seem much more cheerful as well but naughty cock Robin was flying aggressively at the others in his territory even the blackbirds Must be his hormones.

Sparrows squabbling happily as ever though with each other.

We had a brief period of this weird frozen rain earlier though. Just overcast now but brightish.

After a morning of partly cloudy skies and sunshine, it has become very overcast. The temperature is now 9°C but with the wind chill added feels more like 5°C. I really does not feel much warmer when it was 0°C. The winds are moderate, 14 mph with gusts of 20 mph. The wind direction is coming from the North West. The humidity levels are 84% and the pressure is 1026 mb.

Incredibly humid and cool this morning in Dhahran (Saudi) with fog being reported in various places. By lunchtime it was very pleasant. Came over to Bahrain at 2pm this afternoon (only an hours drive from Dhahran) and still pleasant, some cloud some sun.
