Do you want a haircut?
Does your girlfriend want you to have a haircut?
Are you going for any interviews which would require a haircut?
Go for best of three.

*Do you want a haircut?
Well, I wouldn't mind my hair shorter...
*Does your girlfriend want you to have a haircut?
Yes. Absolutely. No question.
*Are you going for any interviews which would require a haircut?
Nope - I got my job when my hair was fairly short, and they've watched in horror as it grew
So, 1.5 each way

I'd say yes, if you have a hat, otherwise no - it's cold. Well, it is here, and I'm writing from my own perspective.
Actually, I'd say yes, and get a hat if you haven't got one. So that's a yes.
And your girlfriend is right. You don't have to look at you, she does. So that's a yes.
And as you say you wouldn't mind having your hair shorter, and she is apparently very keen that you should, you could easily make her happy, which would make you happy. So that's a yes.

Cut it yourself, not too short, try to go for a Quatre Cent Coup kind of look. I've been doing that myself for years, and not being a stylist have failed to achieve the scruffy unkempt do i was after and instead ended up with an ordinary done instead. But i will persist

Shave half completely - either the front or the right hand side - and leave the rest long. That way, you get the best of both worlds

I feel its my place, as usual, to disagree with what the the majority of researchers feel. Therefore:
I am for the hair cut. I feel this very strongly.
Actually, I couldn't care less, but I feel that I should stand up for it. I miss having long hair.

I'll make it easy for you.
I'm against the haircut. I feel this very strongly.
There, now no matter which you choose, you're still disagreeing with me.
