I'm considering adding a sixth officer, Personell, who's above Life Support but below Science to be in charge of keeping the crewmen trained and disciplined, and is in charge of the cargo hold, brig, and directly in charge of the small craft docking bay. (where tactics and science are indirectly in charge of the small craft docking bay)
