That is very true. Or Jason Ironheart, the one that the Psy-chorps experimented on. He evelvoved into an energy being right outside the station after a fight with Bester and his partner. He would be able to do some serouis sh*t.

Lyta Alexander managed to blow up Z'hadum with her Vorlon enhanced telepathic power, Ironhart could also transfer his telekinetic power too, he gave them to Talia Winters

I thought it was the Sadow Defense platforms that blew up Z'hadum. Like a squadron of Psy-corps black omega Star Furies poped out of hyperspace and the planted cut itself down to its core and blew up.

I think you're getting the scenes mixed up, Bester persuaded Sheridan to go to Z'hadum to see if any shadow technology was left to free his lover Carolyn from the implants, for this he gave them information that President Clark was starting smear campaign against B5 which included a blockade, the President sent a squadron of Black Omega fighters to run the blockade and destroy the fighters manning it but Ivanova to Delta Squad to intercept the Black Omegas and destroy them so putting a dent in Clarke's smear campaign.
