*Shoots several more miners either in the head or in the heart, whilst knifing many in similar places. When the magazine in his pistol is emptied he resheaths his knife and holsters his pistol.*
*More baddies run at HDS. So fast that you can't even see him do it, he raises his assault rifle and fires into the assembledge, killing and wounding many as the bullets pass through from one to another*

(Shooting last bullet) I'm going back to the chronoship to reload, I'll try and get a signal relay device so we can maintain radio contact with fester. (Runs back and within seconds is not visible)

They went deeper and deeper into the man-made cavers, Dr. Recrash having unloaded some of his arms on the two. Mikkie now carried a shotgun and a hand flamer, Mydalia the grenade launcher and twin pistols.
MOVEMENT!
TADADADADADADADADADAT! - Clink clink. Half a dozen other zombies joined the finally-dead.
"Whoever he is, this vampire sure is a lot of trouble." Doublegun Mikkie commented, reloading.

For Reaper, time seemed to slow down. He pulled out his VIPER 145, filled with Silver Bullets, and poured fire into the advancing hoard. The pause as the breech block slammed backward, sliding a new bullet into place, seemed to take forever, but even so he had emptied his entire clip in seconds. He went for another, knowing he wouldn't have the time to reload a second time...*
