I'm like Pastey - I'm not keen on going to the hairdressers, but I don't mind short hair and I don't mind long hair. I did get a haircut just before the Meet this year, though, so I could see everyone without peering through my fringe -->

I should have got my hair cut whilst at the meet then! My technique... doesn't exactly do the hair much good... I've a lot of stuff all odd lengths... but I@m not sure I could bare having a 'proper hair cut', to e even it all off, as I guess inevatably it'd end up fairly short if I did htat... and... nope, I can't ever recall having short hair

The one advantage with my long hair, is when its cold, I can make a neck mudffler from it, by just moving my hairband, from the pony tail at the back, and binding the hair underneath my chin... also gives the impression I've got chest and facial hair Mind, there are certain disadvantages to long hair... it can... err... soemtimes... be a annoyance, when, err, say one is lowering ones head, to a sort of err looking down type of position, and the pony-tail kinda flops about over one's shoulder, and can get err in the way sort of around one's face area but, changing the pony-tail to something more like a err, 'bun'? can help prevent the worse of it, from interfering with things

Yeah, the combo is excellent...

as I was thinking, only Wednesday.... if I'd wanted speed... I could have just popped over the road to get it... but needing melatonin... it seems the local drug dealers don't supply that, and going to the GP and pharmacy is such* a hastle

Most pleasing design for the antimacassars would simply be the h2g2 logo, though. Can anyone remember who exactly designed that?

Pastey recently found some files that contained the story of the h2g2 logo. He posted it somewhere on site, but I can't find it at the moment.

I bet it involved alcohol... and either a pub, or resturant/bar in Soho... almost certainly...

So, to answer your question, haven't a clue.

Where did this convo start again? I really can't remember. I was on holiday, maybe at the Manchester Meet when it was posted and I really don't know what it's about anymore. My brain is mush after two weeks in the UK drinking amazingly tasty beers and looking at a mountain of Nachos at the Auld Hoose.
