Depends really, I think I have a mirror spell around that may help. Maybe a spell reversal if the twin was magically created. The best way to deal with it would probably be hypnosis.

Hello. I was hoping you might be able to provide me with a new pack of exploding playing cards. I can fight with the plain ones, but the explodign ones are useful too.

Well, the red one is explosive, the silvers are razors, and the blue one is something special. They generate an ElectroMagnetic Pulse, or EMP blast, which will short out electronics for a good 100 metre radius.

Only when thrown. A sudden release of pressure causes it to actiate, such as when dropped, or thrown.
