We are a part of the DNA cluster there are many message boards added to the system during the summer. < <./>/dna/hub/communities</.> > (thanks 'mina')

What you get by < <./>online</.> > is all accounts that have been signed in and viewed a page during the last fifteen minutes anywhere on the dna servers.

Actually peace-making does get a mention on <./>Aces-What</.>: 'They try to calm down heated discussions with a few well-chosen words.' It's not really emphasised, though.

But kea, you have the same link that I have, so where's the problem ? I'm with RJR on this, since they've integrated all the DNA message boards the error messages have become a regular feature, which is a pity smiley - sadface

B'Elana, I have to go to my PS to access the link, plus once open it refreshes to the DNA default, meaning I either have to return to my PS and open it again, or I have to backspace and then refresh manually.

So it's a workaround but it's a clunky one. From what I remember Jim Lynn did say that it wasn't that hard to make Who's Online site specific, which would make it actually useful again (I hardly ever use the official button, and can't see the point of it the way it is currently).

True, and I never use the official button, either, i can't see the point in ploughing through 3000 + names, atleast 2800 of them unknown to me. So a hootoo specific 'who's online' would be great. smiley - ok

Thanks Peet, I've had the link on my PS for ages, that's what kea and I were talking about - once it refreshes, it shows all researchers, and you can only access it via your PS smiley - smiley
