Two Bit Trigger Pumping Moron Posted Feb 5, 2003
I've haven't been around the site much lately. I just added names and entries to the entry.
On Satruday, my wife and I went for a drive before I had to go to work. We went to Indian Springs State Park (which I really should write an entry on). After we walked around the park, we drove around the small abandoned looking town around the park. We went to the group area of the park and ran into about a 100 SOLAR members bashing eachother with swords and casting spells at eachother.

Emee, out from under the rock Posted Feb 7, 2003
There's an SCA group here that gets together for festivals. A friend has tried to get me to join. They have classes & everything. Don't think they do spells though.
GT: Told Ben in some other place that if you're going to be in the Tulsa area, let me know.

There's an SCA in my town that meets inbetween Uni and home. I've been been meaning to join, but I don't have the money for armor... You know what? I think I like spelling that with the u in it... Armour. Yeah.

Depending on what you want to do once you're in, it can get pricey from what I've heard. Armour is much more interesting than armor. It looks more correct somehow.

Any *particular* Romans, or just the Romans in general?

I was just thinking of The Life of Brian.
Anyway, you're in. As soon as we make up a secret handshake, I'll post it here.

Got too many to keep up with as it is. Sounds like it's time for a MP review as well...

Almighty Tim Posted Jun 5, 2003
I'd like to join the esteemed ranks of the Southeastern US Researchers, if it's all right with everyone. I'm from Knoxville and I'm thinking of beginning an entry on the University of Tennessee where I attend. Thank you for your time.
