There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

I have some excellent Welsh sheep (or should that be sheep's?) cheese, and some olives. You wouldn't happen to have any crackers would you? Ooh I say, this gin is getting me a little squiffy smiley - tongueout

I prefer green olives too, either to eat or with a G+T. Favourite everyday cheese - Red Leicester. Favourite posh cheese? I don't know. There are so many to choose from. Favourite smiley - ale... well, the best I've ever had in a pub was Holt's Mild.
Let's try another tack. What's your favourite thing to do indoors on a rainy winter afternoon?

* pops a green olive in Gosho's mouth *

* thinks about rainy winter afternoons in front of a roaring fire, music on in the background, cuddled up on the sofa *

smiley - blush

Well it would have to be curled up with someone special, infront of a fire, either with the papers, or a book, listening to music ...

There comes a noise outside the door and the tall wooden stranger sticks his head in. Do either of you know if Mr Christopher got rid of the carpenter ants or got them to build him any furniture? I really don't want to get any of those little things on mesmiley - yikes.

Cannery Row by John Steinbeck is something I can read over and over again and never get tired of. I can always lose myself in a John Steinbeck book. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Stranger in a Strange Land, Catch-22, and almost anything by William Gibson.
