as i have said its not easy to keep up in this thread as im not on pc at present but i am trying to respond to everyone

as a matter of fact in my original post i was referring to several threads in question but since the ban/dont ban Awol has been referred to it seems as good a point to bring up as any to bring up

true i grant you, a lot of it does seem to come down to perspective and context, if you'd care to read some of my other comments in this thread, i did make a point of mentioning 'some' of the aces i know from another site and i feel they have taken their friendships with them and this has guided them to their actions in here acting on behalf of h2g2 in the guise of an ace

just read a post off you, if thats all you have to say on the matter why are you laughing and making a mockery of this debate on the next pages? this is a serious thread, 1 which i fully intend to answer all those that have bothered to make a worthwhile point

this has not all stemmed from a thread the other night, if you'd care to read my comments instead of coming in here for a laugh with your friends, you'd see the points that i have made are ongoing questions and points ive raised going much further back than the other night

as for Awol i couldnt care less how many times you bar him/yikes his posts, hes still here thats irrelevant, i merely used him as an example as so many others have brought Awol into this topic of conversation

If you feel that the aces have some sort of protection from having posts yikesed, then when you are on digibox and unable to do it yourself, post a message on my page with the thread title and where it is and the post number.

If an ace posts something that breaks the houserules, i will yikes it regardless of who posted it, and probably mention that it was out of order and they should know better. I don't hang about in the areas that alot of digibox users do, so unless i am told about the posts i can't do anything about it.

if you feel that some aces in particular are breaking the code of conduct then email their names directly to the italics with examples if possible.

This thread is to discuss the aces code of conduct and i don't think that acting on any personality clashes, will add anything to the weight of the points raised.

i would not say i am talking about the whole of LD Whoami? what i am saying is, LDers that have since become aces, have brought their friends with them, and there views of people when deciding how best to judge a situation in here, and i dont think they have always been honest in making their choices as to what action be taken or overlooked, also this site now has many users from LD that are not aces, i think we're obvious to spot and i think you'll know why i say that
