anyway, i popped round my mate Thor's place the other day and he told me a funny story. he said he saw this Thingite*spit* travesty walking down the road and decided to play a little game with him. he greeted him in the thingite*spit* tongue and coersed him into spending the afternoon with him. being the God that Thor is he was able to stroll through the mind of the unsuspecting thingite*spit* and guess what he discovered the thingites have no logic behind their cause i mean, how can you create and sustain a whoe hierarchical believe system if it fails in the fundamental logic of discussion and debate. thingites changed the name of Thursday in an attempt to get the hang of it right. but if you were to change the name of a tiger to fluffikins, do you think it won't eat you anymore? of course it will, it is still a tiger. so in effect, thingites hate of Thursday is all psyco-somatic and they all need help.

No, we changed the name simply because Thing is the name a day such as Thday deserves. We don't expect to get it *right*. We know better than to expect that.

Hey, a funny thing happened last Wibble. I ran into my old friend Thor, and he said he'd been hired by some guy to screw with a Thingite, but then he talked to said Thingite and we now have the entire Asgard fleet behind us for purposes of the furtherment of Thing.
