But all I could see was the black background and small X sign which meant I could not watch any pictures
I've installed most of updating media player/flash..., but I could not see it on 2DTV
Is the reason that I'm not in UK?

Yup, you're not missing much. I only posted it to show that the previous pic was also from 2DTV, as the George W drawings are identical, just facing in opposite directions. The cartoons are hilarious, though, if you ever get a chance to see them! (The sock puppet is called "Professor Leibstrom", and it gives George W all the information on which he bases his foreign policy... )
