Meets in the Southeast

I'm starting to plan a meet for DragonCon in Atlanta on August 31st. You won't have to be a member of the con to go. I'm thinking an afternoon pizza at a nearby resaraunt. Once I confirm a few things, I'll start advertising throughout the site. If you're interested the conversation for the DragonCon meet is here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F71235?thread=135870&post=1233666#p1233666

You're all very right, of course. I mean, it should come naturally to link H2G2 to SCIENCE FICTION and SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTIONS. In my defense, I can only say that even I didn't realize I was going until the day I went- and I only went for one day, Saturday. I was hooked-up with a wonderful room-party and everything. Drank many bloody marys, and had a wonderful time hanging out with my friends there.
It was about the last time I saw my friend Dwight...

well, allright, we'll let it slide this time. Ingesting copious amounts of alcohol is an acceptable reason for not thinking clearly.
