but the mind is raring to go...well not so much now as am extremly tired due to my old age...still i find it useful in work...i get the young lads to do some of the strenuous jobs as i put on frail weary voice. works most of the time

ps just had to mention a colleague from another dept. hes 70 yrs old and fit as a fiddle, hes also very up on modern times and even the youngsters like him...
recently i've had problems fighting for disabled rights to gain access to upper building whilst lift is out of order for 4 weeks now..
as i've said i have a bad knee stemming from injury years ago so avoid stairs if i can..but i think when my 70 yr old colleague offered to run upstairs and clock in for me [and i'm 41] that was a low moment...

Ooh guinea pigs live for such a long time my nephew has had one for 10 years it isn't what a would call very lively thoughand it is long haired so you never see its face either!

wild amethystit is bloody hot here..been a scorcher all day..i did a 4 hour shift in the lab and felt awful as its so hot there anyway...

my skin has been irritating me i get this polymorphic skin erruption every year usually at beginning of spring it appears on exposed areas unlike prickly heat..i made mistake of sitting in garden yest.with no sun cream on....

as my skin become accustomed to bright light i become gradually more immune until the next spring...my eldest daughter seems to have it too...darn nusiance

my little girl has 2 guinea pigs midge and star...who became proud parents on fathers day of 4 baby gps...sadly 2 were runts and despite best efforts died after 3 days..we were all gutted.. i used to keep gps and rabbits when i was young and i bred and showed the gps...never lost a baby before...can't understand it now....
