Sorry for the delay on feedback.
Versatile...I suppose I am within my means, I wont do things that I can't do well.
Rubbing out and starting again: I do this all the time - lots of little mistakes that I have to apologise and put right...no regrets though you don't learn by being right all the time (although I hate making mistakes)
Artistic: I enjoy art and design and I'm a big fan of beauty for beauty's sake...I've never been very good at it though (hence pencils and not paints/inks). I am good at redecorating/redesigning houses, the current project is the hardest as it isn't just a case of painting and decorating but making a space thats functional for wheelchairs
"perhaps tp protect yourself or not let anyone see how you are really feeling but inside you are soft hearted and don't like to hurt people." Yup
"an old hand at it and feel that you have had endure a lot that has made you what you are." hehehe - and I'm only 23!
not normally a whinger - my husband wouldn't agree, but then he's the only person I'll whinge to.
"not many people have your determination and courage in the face of adversity." - being modest I have to agree with you

Otto Fisch..norm de plume....The original otto fisch was a french horn player who also arranged music...so an interest in music.
There was a film in 1949 ,a comedy called" It's not cricket" in which otto fisch was a german spy. It involved sport so an interest in sport and also an inetrest in politics not as a spy though...an observer.
An observer of life perhaps..philosophy or sociology?
norm de plume makes me think of something french...the cavaliers, with feathers in their hats sword fighting and being gentlemanly....perhaps you would see yourself as this in dreams....
Fisch is the word for fish in german..fish swim about and observe the world too.
I think all this adds up to a romantic soul....or sole if fish

she of the frogs...frogs are very adaptable creatures...perhaps that is how you see yourself. There is a very nice story from sacred texts of african bushmen about a she of the frogs...the texts are supposed to help us be tolerant of other religions.....I think you must be a tolerant person. There are also alot of tales about frogs singing and dancing...do you like music and dancing?
Frogs are creatures of legend..turns into the handsome prince etc....so an interest in legendary things..dragons,unicorns.
I'm not sure about your age..if not young then you are young at heart!
You are a nice person and would like to see the world more at peace with itself and less persecution of those who are different.

Ambry is the cabinet in which is kept holy oils..catholic in origin I think. It's also a firm which deals in genetics,a furniture maker and a computer sales firm. I think it may be freanch in origin.

Terran...obviously an earthling..a person with both feet firmly on the ground. It is also the name of computer software,...so an interest in computers. There is also a game on the web ...a fantasy type game...perhaps you have an interest or are a game player. Sports if not fantasy games..a definite interest in sports unless your name is a trick.
I think you are a balanced person but in your dreams would like to fly and be more adventurous.

Lady lowena...i found a boat.a dog and a cat named after you....are you not real? Is this a made up persona. You must like medieval type fantasy games. There's no harm in it as long as it doesn't slip into RL!So you are a fictional character perhaps because in RL you would not blow your own trumpet or be so bold. You would perhaps love to be the lady of the lake or other romantic character but you feel your life is quite ordinary so become a fictional person. That is a shame because i think you have a lot to offer...anyone with that sort of imagination should be a writer.

Brett goo..goober..brett you must be american ..that is a real cowboy name.Goo...fun person likes getting messy..perhaps you dig stuff up..probably rocks as you mention them in one of your names.
You have an interest in education, possibly a student.A goober I believe is a person who does things that annoy other people..like holding up the cash line at the supermarket by paying by cheque.
Perhaps you like to be difficult or would love to be like that but lack the confidence. You must be quite young late teens/early twenties. Goo is sticky stuff so you stick to things..when you start something you like to finish it. It is usually bright colours too..so a bright person..likes fun.

leopard skin fynn..leopard skin was worn by tribes people of great standing..the medicine man...are you a medical person perhaps a nurse or an alternative therapy person?
It is also a cat of light colouring. Are you blond or a cat lover?
I don't think you would really wear an animal skin...you are more likely to be a pagan or/and veggie.Fynn was an explorer in african..so you are perhaps an explorer of a different kind, exploring alternatives to life in the modern world.I get good vibes from you...you want to help people. You also want to live a simpler life. People used to call me a hippie when I was younger and I suspect it is that sort of lifestyle you would like. I see Glastonbury Tor and music and green all around you. (You weren't at the festival when it rained all weekend obviously!)
blessings be upon you.

Yes,I am the Lady Lowena!Get with the programme... Posted Dec 9, 2002
Tabitca, you found a boat called the lady lowena? Bah! Lowena is Cornish for joy but I didn't know it was so prevalent. My life has been very exciteing but I've spent the last few years trying to calm down because it was a lot about running away and not facing up to things!!!! The writer thing is very relevant!!!!Thankyou for taking the time out to reply.I only blow my own trumpet on-line but its all got to come out one day!!!The only thing I don't do is play medieval fantasy games..way too serious and I'm very fond of real life!!!Lots of love and Gods blessings this Yuletide

Thanks Tabitca...
Well I guess that there is a lot of my personality revealed on my personal space....but you are spot on!
I am a complementary health practitioner, and yes I love cats. I'm not blonde though!
Yup to the Pagan and the Veggie status.....and yes, I think that you are probably right in that I am 'an explorer of a different kind'...
and yes, I do want to help people AND to live a (much) simpler life.
And of course I'm a hippy...
The Glastonbury link was the most interesting...I live not far from there (and have been to rather a lot of *THE* festivals, although not this year due to being on call to help deliver a baby!).
And hoorah for giving out good vibes! There's plenty to go around for everyone!
Many Blessings to you too Tabitca!

Otto Fisch ("Stop analysing Strava.... and cut your hedge") Posted Dec 9, 2002
Good grief! That's either brilliant or you've web my personal space! And even if you have, finding who the original Otto Fisch was is very impressive! Actually, Otto Fisch the french horn player never existed -it was a spoof perpetrated by one of my dad's friends at university which took on a life of its own. It's mostly absurd comedy dreadfulness apparently! I like listening to music, but I'm not a musician.
I am a philosopher and a fencer, though! Norm De Plume is a variation of non d'plume, which is French for pen name. Gentleman maybe, but I don't see myself as a romantic particularly.....
Thanks for doing this!
Otto

A delightful morning it surely is, salutations to one and all friends of H2G2. If you find yourself with a little spare time and would like to give your interpretation of who you think may be, I would be greatly appreciative.
Kind regards.

Knock, knock.
Hi, I'm (see above) and I would be, frankly, ecstatic if you could offer an insight into my personality by analysing my username. I AM my personality and I can't work it out!
Whoops...gave you a head start there

Tabitca Posted Dec 14, 2002
As lesley is quite an unusual name these days I presume you called yourself after someone you like or know. You are not a vicar in the normal sense..but the fact you picked that shows you have beliefs in good and equality. You would like to see a more peaceful world.
Lesley gentle appears in a lot of sites about horse training and dog training so i can only presume you have an infinity with animals. You could of course have chosen it because it is the opposite...you don't like animals but I don't think so..you are not that sarcastic.
Lesley college is a science and Maths college ...do you work or have an interest in one of these fields?
You have been let down by someone recently ...but remember it is human nature...people always let you down at least once...it's human fraility.
You like fun and excitment and have a sense of humour.I could see you as a childrens presenter but more likely you work in an office.

Colonel ketchup...well you appear all over the place. Firstly you are in a Zelda fan story on the net...are you interested in PC games? You also appear writing cheats for PS2 games. So you must be good at it.
You are young, possibly female..maybe a student...(not hard we have a lot of students on H2G2). Are you a fan of Stargate or other Sci fi type programmes?
Las Ketchup is a group who had a macarena type song out...so an interest in music. As the song was quite irritating to a lot of people it may be where the professional pest came from.
Huggy was a star in a seventies cop show Starsky anD Hutch a real cool guy for the time...perhaps you see yourself with his "cool" or would like to be like that.He was always one step ahead of the game.
Maybe you like the fast car chases..a bit of a speed person?
You get irritated with stupidity in others when you think it is deliberate. As to the professional pest ..you may see yourself like that but others don't.
you are not quite sure what you want out of life but know what you don't want. Ketchup is made up of sweet and sour ingredients...but so are we all..it's human nature ..so don't knock yourself for it...we are all bits of good and bad.

First, I'd like to say a big thank-you for the analysis...now for the feedback.
Well, it looks like the Colonel Ketchup part turned out to be a bit of a red herring. I shall have to track down these other Colonels and give them a good ear-bashing
>...young, possibly female...maybe a student...<
I am, vaguely, female and 22, quite young. I plan to be one of those eternal students who are eternally taking a year out, the 'maybe' was very accurate
You did spectacularly well with the 'huggy the professional pest' part!
>...perhaps you see yourself with his 'cool' or would like to be like that. He was always one step ahead of the game<
Well, not necessarily cool, but laid-back. Definitely a wannabe know-it-all with aspirations to supergrass-dom
>..irritated with stupidity in others when you think it is deliberate...<
Yup, but more often with myself.
The last two paragraphs are pretty much spot-on
P.S. >Las Ketchup<
AAAAAARGGGHHHHH!
I first heard of that 'group' about a week after I registered the name, and was suitably mortified.
