I know that that is the one province with a large French minority. They seem to get along reasonably well with the English community, which is more than can be said for any other part of the country.

Yes, well done GreyDesk. Orcus is quite right about Quebec. In practice, however, most of the eastern provinces operate bilingually.
At least I hope this is right, it was mentioned in the newspaper the other day.
