Amy - I'm thinking of making an entry for the festival with links (in due time) to the various events and tents and stalls and...smiley - bigeyes

Is it OK if I put in a link to your beautiful map?

...and should I put in 'by Amy the smiley - ant' or 'by Graphic Ants'?

Of course you can put a link!

"Map supplied by Graphic Ants" would be good. I'm going to revitalise GA now that the Artists Scheme is up and running.

(I think I might get a picture on the front page next week smiley - boingsmiley - boing)

Dear all,

I am not sure exactly how I came to discover this lovely place, maybe I fell in like Alice, following some h2g2 rabbit... Anyhow, I think I really fell in love with that charming village of yours, and I was wondering how long I should give myself before I decide to apply for a place here, without sounding too impetuous...

The thing is, I was hopping to open a curio/antique shop, if that were of any interest to you all, dearies...

smiley - divaI have to think seriously of retiring from "show-business", although I am still young at heart, and an antique shop in Vavoom village would be a lovely way.
Please do not pay too much attention to any gossip about me being the ex-owner of a luxurious brothel... It was not that luxurious... And I have no idea what this is about, anyway !

I am hoping for some kind of response from you, to see if you'd welcome me among you lovely folks. So, I'll be around, sipping some smiley - tea...

Also, I am a bit confused : where is the map, and how/to whom do I apply ?...

Hi Connie and welcome to Village de la Vavoom!smiley - smiley

You might find this place a bit quiet - a sleeping village if there ever was one!

However, I'm sure mari-rae will show up soon - she's the one in charge of the village buildings

You'll find more info about the village here:

...and a map here:

Thanks a lot for your quick response !

I hope all the inhabitant of this lovely place will give an equally warm welcome... smiley - loveblush

Anyhow, I am off for Chinese New Year holiday, I might not be able to be back before next Wednesday : if you fine people of the Parish Council need to discuss and debate about my joining your community, I'll have to wait (anxiously) till then to hear of your decisions...

In the meanwhile, I'll prepare what I believe would be the perfect addition to the village : an Antique Shop !

Much love there !

An antique shop, eh? Well, we've certainly got at least one antique. Oh, sorry Lady C., I didn't see you there.
