The swimming pool
Chris Tonks Posted Apr 19, 2001
Dang, my narratives are long! I'll have to cut back!
Oh, and I forgot to add smileys in that post. Assume there were some happy ones.

*Grabs water cannon and squirts the Professor before he is able to reach his watch for old time's sake *

The swimming pool
Ming Mang Posted Apr 20, 2001
*grins*
*looks at the Prof worriedly*
*runs and jumps off the nearest diving board*
*stays underwater*
*begins wondering how to get oxygen gas out of the water...*

Chris Tonks Posted Apr 20, 2001
*The Professor is struck twice. First by a water balloon to the head, knocking him off-course, and secondly by a new jet of water from BB's general direction.*
*The latter causes him to slip sideways back into the pool, after losing grip of the hose he had aimed at Ming.*
*Oh, and seeing as he hadn't reached his Watch in time, he is once again soaked through. Diving to the bottom of the pool to avoid any furthey frey, he spies Ming at the other end of the pool, also underwater.*
Ah-hah!

Heliophile Posted Apr 21, 2001
Only to run into a fiendish trap set up by BB and Heliophile for such an occasion! See? I TOLD you that jelly would come in handy!
AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!
Drat you Ming! That was sneaky! Teleporting all that water onto me!
I say, has anyone noticed how quickly the pool filled up again?
The swimming pool
Ming Mang Posted Apr 21, 2001
What?? Teleporting water?? I haven't done any such thing!!
*thinks that that would be a good thing to do right now, cos she's just spotted the Prof coming towards her*
*unfortunately can't*
*climbs out of pool and takes deep breaths*
*assumes foetal position in defence and stays like that*
¦M¦
The swimming pool
Chris Tonks Posted Apr 21, 2001
*The Professor swims to the surface, and watches Ming get out.*
*However, he doesn't know what the foetal position is, and so can't decide what to do about it. *
The swimming pool
Ming Mang Posted Apr 21, 2001
*swims to side as far away from the Prof as possible and gets out*
Heliophile!! I'd got him puzzled!!
*looks round hurriedly*
*doesn't know what she's looking for*
*slowly starts panicking...*
¦M¦

Heliophile Posted Apr 21, 2001
Aha!
So after the dunking, it's not ruuning quite right, hence the SLOW panic!
It all makes sense now.

Chris Tonks Posted Apr 22, 2001
Ah-hah! My Watch always works, no matter what the conditions!
*The Professor swims to the edge of the water, where Ming got out, and quickly turns to face her, his clothes already dry from some special mechanics embadded within them.*
I've got ya now!
*Pressing a couple of buttons on his Watch, he allows the water to be guided by him. Directing his hands at the water, and then moving them upwards, he lifts a 20th of the pool's H2O (though he could lift more), and leaves it hovering in the air.*
*Suddenly, the water forms itself in mid-air into a long cylinder, and with one final movement of his arms in Ming's direction, the Professor makes the water gradually come off the main cylinder and fly towards Ming at a perfectly safe - yet sure to wet through - speed. *

Heliophile Posted Apr 22, 2001
So to protect the innocent Ming from the dastardly deeds done dirt cheap by the Prof, the brave and fearless Heliophile proves his worth by grabbing Big-A and holding him in the way of the rapidly approaching Hydrogen Hydroxide
The swimming pool
Ming Mang Posted Apr 22, 2001
*Ming dives to the ground and slides under BigA and the Prof*
*she keeps sliding and falls into the pool*
*she dives down deep, then while no one is looking doubles back and surfaces just under the ledge of the swimming pool where no one can see her*
*tries to catch her breath, but it escapes...*

The swimming pool
Chris Tonks Posted Apr 23, 2001
*The Professor was frantically waving his hands around, unable to determine where to direct the water towards. He decides to direct it back into the pool, the effect being that the water level rises quite a bit, and a head briefly pokes out over the side.*
Ah-hah! Ming!
*He would dive in, but doesn't want to get wet again (defeating the object of being near a pool). *
