*BB looks on amusingly, while he enjoys the relaxing safety of the waterslides.*

*grabs the fire hose and scooshes it UP the waterslide, thus disrupting RW&BB's sedate downward progress*
*not to mention his union jack trunks*

Ming Mang Posted Apr 23, 2001
*having been spotted by the Prof, dives underwater again and starts wondering what her next move is going to be...*
*watches BigA being nasty to BB*
*gets idea- the teleport slide!*
*swims over to the bottom of it and jumps up it*
*is immediately teleported to the top of the slide*
*continually goes down the slide so (she hopes) the Prof can't get to her...*

*The Prof watches her do this, after glancing briefly over at BB's antics, amused.*
The tele-slide!? Uh, I'm not doing that one again!
I don't know if you know, Ming, but over at the temporary h2g2 boards we had the Swimming Pools, and we had a terrible time trying to get out of the water slide, which was teleporting us even then!
*The Professor watches Ming run the circuit a couple of times, before materialising himself a floating seat and sitting in it, pondering the situation.*
*Before too long, he gets up with a start, flicks his fingers in triumph, and presses a button on his Watch. His figure shimmers slightly for a moment, and then disappears. He is now invisible.*

*watches the Prof turn invisible*
Oh, that's unfair!!
Fine, if that's the way you're playing... I'd stopped doing this ages ago cos I thought it was cheating...
*concentrates hard and removes herself from the slide to a location which she will keep secret for the moment using a trick she learnt ages ago using quantum mechanics*

*The Professor - walking somewhere I won't mention, as that would give his position away - stops short, as he sees Ming disappear.*
*Looking around frantically, he realises he's lost track of her.*
Dang!
*Teleports himself a rather large looking handheld blaster gun, which fires water, and waits for anyone to get near him. *

Ming Mang Posted Apr 23, 2001
Ha!
*claps hand over mouth- nearly gave her position away...*

Chris Tonks Posted Apr 23, 2001
*The Professor hears the whoop of triumph, and suddenly points the gun away from him, sweeping it in an arc around him, in a sort of scanning motion.*
*He didn't quite catch where the noise came from though...heck. *

Bluebottle Posted Apr 24, 2001
*After landing back in the pool after a slide, runs to a water gun to the rescue of Ming.*

*Watches BB run to the water gun, but is comforted by the fact that he can't be seen yet...nyeheheheh...*

OH YES YOU ARE! *splashes water everywhere, and looks for the professor by way of looking for the water hanging in midair (if you've ever seen "the inviible man" or the newer movie about a guy who gets turned invisible, there's a scene where he gets wet and the water reveals his location)* ah-HA! *on way past on slide, grabbs professor's arm, thus bringing him onto the slide* *smug* you should never say "i'm not going through that again."!

Chris Tonks Posted Apr 24, 2001
Gah!! Oh no, not again...!!!
*The Professor, stunned by the sudden rush of water, and the revealing of his location (dang, phase-shifting still allows him to be tangible), is helpless in MG's grip, and is forced down the slide.*
Oh no, the end's already so near! Any moment now, and I'll be...
...back up here again!
*He continues on his way down (and back up) the slide, completely involuntarily...*
*Grabs a newspaper passing in the current, crosses his legs, and begins to read...*

it must be a laminated newspaper.

*Looks over to her...*
Ah, you'll be surprised at what you find in these water features. You know, I once found the missing sock from odd pair of them in here. It was missing for two years, and that happened when I was offworld!
Strange, isn't it?

*bounces out of hiding place*
Thanks Minesweep!! And BB!!
*also starts wandering around in the search for interesting things... whilst keeping an eye on the Prof**
