I'm having difficulty coming up with some sufficiently diabolical secret weaponry. (Well maybe it's just secret actually.)
I'm considering
1) A matter/anti-matter bomb. (Could be expensive to develop though)
2) Weather manipulation? (Tricky)
3) An army of minions dedicated to tickling people at thet little tickly bit just inside the knee...
Any other ideas would be welcome!

Yeah, I *like* those. Although they don't seem that *deadly*.
Actually I think a small 'budget version' of an earth-shattering Tesla Ray device might be good... I could use it for opening walnuts or something.
