[O'Neill] We can't let them find out anything, scrub the drives. I've just had word back from the reinforcements, they will converge at SGC in little under 12 minutes. We are still waiting on the Asgard, so we are on our own for a little while. Until then, dig in. Contact this, Montu, and see if you can get him to call off his attack, we'll deal with him when we are ready.

Ok, I'll tell Montu I'll meet him on 888 and try to work out some kind of deal, Aries is directing the defence of the SGC at the moment so I'll hand you over to Walter.

\/\Aries, General O'Neill is sending reinforcements they'll be here in about 12 mins, I'm going to meet Montu to work out a deal, I'm also under orders to wipe all the hard drives, there are back up's in Atlantis so when this is all over we'll contact them to get them back, while I'm gone you're in charge until either Scandrea, LeRue, Nuge or O'Neill get here, ok?\/\

*carefully peeks out of the alcove to check the coast is clear*

*The Jaffa finish cutting through the control room bulkhead. They walk in and stand guard at the entrances. Montu's First Prime steps up to the computer, and presses a button on his gauntlet. After a moment, the hologram of Montu vanishes as the gate shuts down. The First Prime dials the co-ordinates for P3X-888, and, once the gate is open, gestures for Reefgirl to follow him. He walks out the door and into the gate room*

*Watches from the little alcove and readies his gun*

*A Jaffa walks as if to pass Aries, then grabs him by the scruff of the neck, and shoves him towards the gate room*

[Jaffa:] Well volunteered. You shall assist in the representation of the Tau'ri. I'm sure you won't object.

Walter the back ups to the gate operating system are in my desk draw ok, after I've gone through the gate contact Atlantis and let them know what's going on and we need our database back, Dr McKay will probably insist on coming back but just threaten him with a lemon soufflee or General O'Neill

*Exit's the observation room after pulling the switch to operate the magnets to wipe the hard drives and comes face to face with the Jaffa*

He is needed here, your 'God' said I was to meet him alone, surely he will punish you for disobeying his orders, now take me to your leader

*Looks briefly at the surrounding Jaffa, pausing on one slightly longer than the others, a fleeting look of puzzlement shows on his face but then he looks normal again*

Not that I would want to.

[Jaffa:] This floor has been sealed off by your security measures. Our knowlege of your facility is as great as your own. The elevator from the upper levels are now sealed off by your security systems. No doubt, you have attempted to scrub your computers of information, and are expecting re-enforcements. However, they are as locked out as you are locked in.

Your self-destruct will not achieve much, as it will only bury your Stargate, and destroy all defensible positions for about a mile's radius. If you destroy your facility, Jaffa on the other side of the gate will simply begin tunnelling through the rubble, but your planet will have no advance warning.

Your armoury is not on this floor, and, without opening your facility for us to capture, you cannot receive supplies or munitions, as this is what you refer to as a "foothold" situation. If all else fails, we will place guards at the elevator, and starve you all to death, then work our way upwards by force.

So, yes. You may go "freely", if you can call it that.

Aries, I'm leaving you in charge, General O'Neill is on the phone, go talk to him


Walter has his instructions make sure it's the first thing he does when all is quiet

*Follows Montu's First Prime*

*Makes his way up to the observation room and checks there are no Jaffa listening*

Walter, is there anyone left up in 1612-15, or did they all get evacuated?

Walter, is anyone up there? If there is, they may be able to help us.

[O'Neill] Aries, what the hell is happening down there?

Ah, well, the Colonel has gone through the stargate, we still have a foothold situation and base is under lockdown.

[O'Neill] We just got word from the Asgard, they are on route. As Reefgirl has already gone, there isn't a lot you can do there.
