Good Doctor Zomnker (This must be Tuesday," said GDZ to himself, sinking low over his Dr. Pepper, "I never could get the hang of Tuesdays.") Posted Jan 22, 2010
Good night all.

*skips in and sits on the squishy pillow on the floor, to catch her breath*
I'm just resting before I dash back to read the backlog.
OK, be back in a bit!
*out*

Are the square ones mate, again? Though it's a little close to bedtime... *snags one marked like she thinks she remembers the chili ones being marked* Mmmm...

Cool and dry with a sunny day forecast.

Thunder, lightning, and hail here. And a seriously cold (for California, anyway) breeze.

Thanks for the scribing Lil, concise and effective.
I think I prefer my plants a little edgy rather than laid back and potted or are they snooker balls.
Bad news for those wot fink we don't have geological faults. The flyover into Stonehaven, south of Aberdeen, is built on one.

Interesting end of the last thread. My sister is one of the folks that Museum (or amusement part, as the case may be) is aimed at. Very literal in her non-evolving views, she is.
WA, that article about Haiti is bang on. My view is, the talk of violence and rioting from the reporters is wishful thinking, not news. -- rioting sells newspapers. I'm beginning to think some idiot cloned Fox News.
Great scribing, Lil! I was far too long-winded the one time I did it. Nice to see how it should be done.
Kelli, I hope the boy can get diagnosed soon; very worrying!
*Eyes the floor pillow by the sofa, and hopes that it is, in fact, a pillow. Sits down gingerly, ready for flight, and snags a choccie*
HN, I see you're planning a special chocolate biz. Chili, Mate, what else are you going to be selling? I'd love those!

Happy b'day, Kelli . <- A wee box with a button that self-inflates it to a boy-sized bubble that allows you to take one of them anywhere - unseen, unheard and un-contagiously. Yet it keeps them happy, sleeping or entertained. Errr, when it's inflated there is an orange button that I don't really know the function of...

Happy Birthday, kelli
This is a box full of negative calorie goodies. It's programmed to replenish itself at Easter and on each family birthday and important occasion, up to and including next Xmas. You just need to decide whether you want something sweet or savoury and press the appropriate button ... with the usual caveat about the orange one.

MR, what is cold for your part of California? I live in a land that like Goldielock's porridge is normally not too hot and not too cold (though I guess everyone says that about where they live).
There are lots of fault lines in the UK, mostly small and not very active.

Happy birthday Kelli
I'm running a bit late for the train to the Winter Ales Festival for another day serving cider and perry to those knowledgable and ignorant about these beverages. I enjoy educating the taste buds of those who come along openly saying they know nothing but would like a swear box for those who come along asking for Strongbow or other well-known mass-market carbonated "ciders" that are full of chemical flavourings and don't taste of apples. And don't get me started on "Pear Cider" - in English we have a word for alcoholic beverages made from pears and its Perry, a very old traditional English drink. Pear cider is a contradiction in fruits.
We are also selling soft drinks on my bar - Dandelion and Burdock and Sarsaparilla. The taste of D&B instantly transports me back to the age of 7 in the family back garden. Maybe the nostaliga factor is contributing to the healthy sales of these 2 drinks.

Thanks for the thoughtful gifts The boy-bubble will come in very handy and the negative calorie food will definitely help with this box of belgian chocs I have here...
Been a good day so far, J turned up last night, unexpectedly. So I have had a good lie in - hoorah!

BondageBeanBag? Been a while since it's been around... Are we running short of fluffy pillows or have the bots started making their own wee experiments with the furniture offers?
