Cool Runescribe. Well done.
Now, I want y'all to know I'm only posting this here because I have a reputation to keep up:
http://www.regretsy.com/2009/10/06/placenta-piece/
However, even I balked at posting the link to Winnie the Poonani.
Right, I'm off to look through more of regretsy. I suspect it may be another cakewrecks.

No, Ben, not at all. Gosh, it was largely meant as a joke, though I *have* been told that. It's commonly accepted that I'm too self-absorbed, fussy and immature to have children of my own. Hell, *I* accept it. Keep in mind most of my friends have kids and NONE of them have asked me to babysit.
Nor have I ever offered my services. 'Nuff said.

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Oct 8, 2009
Eww Ben, eww....
All this talking about borrowing/lending books between friends brought back a rather nasty memory for me.
Years ago I allowed a (then) colleague of mine to borrow two books from me.
Even after she had left and gotten another job, we still kept in touch, sort of. Enough to make her invite me and some other former colleagues when she moved house.
By this time, she had had my books for more than a year.
So, during her 'house-warming' party, I took the opportunity to ask her about when she would return my books.
'Oh! Hm.... I think I threw those away when we moved!'
Now, if she had decided to throw her *own* books away, I wouldn't have given a but throwing away something you've only borrowed?
I think I managed to convey my feelings because she said 'oh, don't worry - I'll buy you new ones!'
Yeah, as if... one of the books was a rather poorly and amusingly translated version of a Sherlock Holmes novel. From English to German - Gernglish? The other was a yoga book - perfectly replaceable (sp?)
And no, she never did get me any new books to replace the ones she had 'borrowed'. Needless to say I cancelled any further contact with her...

I empathise with you, Titania....
Biggest sin you can commit in my reckoning!!!!!
The written word is sacred, whether you promise to replace it (when it is already out of print) or not!!!

NASA is hitting the moon with 2 space craft early tomorrow morning. The second one will take readings of the debris to see how much water is in it.
Bowling tonight was awesome for me, I have a 504 series which is only my second 500 series ever.

ah, fg, you've mellowed. You no longer scare small children. Well, then again, none of us have small children any more, so that may be it!
Oy, but steampunk is expensive!

Oh dearie me. I looked at that link of Ben's - and thought yuck, $17 USED. It wasn't until I look more closely that I realised it wasn't real.
I was following another link and found something for our resident librarians

Sorry about that link. There was worse - a pattern so you could crochet you own childbirth education doll, with detachable cord and placenta.
Dunno about the news in Darkest Lancashire, GT, but NASA's been on the news here in Yorkshire.
What sort of Steam Punk, MR? Is this for D?
