I certainly hope my visit in a few weeks won't complicate the healing process, MR. I don't want you running around Southern California when you should stay off your legs.

>>you look more an eli walach type to me
Such an under-rated performer. The only good thing about Godfather III.
>>Ask me what, Irv?
Oh, Amy, someone was trying to find Notepad. It was a bad pun.
>>yeah, the new Excel for Macs is perhaps the worst thing I've ever used.
I've come to quite like Google Docs, since I can access my spreadsheets anywhere, which is the only way I'll stay on top of my budget enough to ever replace my broken down car. It's really, really basic, so if I need something with more "oomph" I go with Open Office, at Gwen's recommendation.
>>[close your eyes, Irv!]
How did you know I get squeamish when discussing wrists and tendons and things? Oh, I see. This is an ambulance chaser joke. You literally couldn't pay me enough to do personal injury law. I'm serious. I could be making more than twice my current salary at such a job, and not have to deal with crazy people who claim the government has had GPS's implanted behind their eyes, if I took a job like that. I just don't have any desire for it.

The Kew meeting was absolutely fine. What a treat to meet so many Salonistas in one place Kelli (plus boys and J), Ag (plus S), Mini, Hyp, Ben, Z, Sol & Star, Hati & Hapi, Teuchter, Bald Bloke. Plus Malabarista, Mazing Mad Fiddler. And a Pe(e)king Duck.
My photos are up on Picasa but the darned thing won't respond so that I can get a link off it
Greetings from the Stansted Radisson, to where I had to flee way too early tonight due to the impertinence of a 7:15 flight tomorrow.
The bar has a woman dancing in three dimensions between floor level and 20 feet up. I kid you not. Would take a picture but think they would frown at that...

Couldn't figure out how to explain the 3D dancing lade. So here are a few snapshots - I didn't want to use a flash (and am not sure it would have done any good) so they're a bit blurred:

Looks like y'all had great weather -- and quite a crowd. I really like #29 where the photographer appears to be on the receving end of a Lòók.
stunningfrenchie, welcome to the atelier! Do you know anyone else here? As was said above, we have lots of librarians here at the salon. If you haven't yet, check our forum page at A304354 and find out too much about what we're about.
