Titania (gone for lunch) Posted May 6, 2004
I found an old cassette this morning, with music perfect for keeping up the tempo during my 50 minutes of brisk walking to w*rk (glorious morning today, and *warm*) - anyone remember Yello?

More food. Superb. *Pauses to ajust the burgandy scarf draped round her shoulders and grasp the skirts of her equally winey floor length dress in one hand, before heading for the champagne and the, er, nibbles*
Splendid showing by everyone too. Very appropriate in honoring the birthday of the altelier. *raises glass*

My inner child is 10, I thought that I'd be older actually, but then I've never held much stock with quizzela things...

Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted May 6, 2004
I've had an enquiry from a creationist website interested in buying Mammoth and Child to use as a DVD cover. It's a funny old world.
Affy for your finals.
*fills her plate* I managed to miss my evening meal yesterday. I was at a buffet do but there was no suitable food for ants with suspected food intolerances trying to follow a low carb diet .

Blue-Eyed BiPedal BookWorm from Betelgeuse (aka B4[insertpunhere]) Posted May 6, 2004
{B4 returns after a drastic make-up change, looking very much like a familiar Sesame Street character, and begins to Count…}
One alter ego… [Blue-Eyed BiPedal BookWorm from Betelgeuse, aka B4]
Two, two personas… [Purr in Boots]
Three, three comical characters… [Wood Sprites of HooToo Forest]
Four—ha-ha!—four fantastic false fronts… [Toasty the Snowman]
Five…yes, five far-fetched feral facades… [Furr Purrfikt]
Six, there are six swan-like or goose-like disguises… [take a Gander at this…]
Seven, surely there are seven taller than 7-foot personalities… [A very LARGE Induhvidual]
Ah-ah-ah-ah-aaaaaaaaaah!
{He seemingly flies out of the Atelier proper, into one of the back rooms, then reappears moments later, dressed in his white tux-and-tails again. He is, however, riding back in on a 21-speed mountain bike, navigating the furniture with great skill. He parks and turns to Lentilla…}
How was that? I suppose there’ll be more, the longer I hang out with these folks.
{…to all…}
My purported age, according to Quizilla, is a whopping “Sweet 16”. Looking at the info above, I may have to contest that. Honestly, though, there are times I feel like my development may have been arrested at that age—possibly due to the discovery of ‘not-oregano’ along the way. Luckily, I was never actually arrested, so I managed to outgrow it. Still, there are so many qualities of my personality that still function on that “innocence-moving-into-adulthood” level, especially where it comes to that “wide-eyed wonder” concerning the mysteries of this world. Somehow or another, I feel that’s just right, and probably the main reason I hang out here. You folks exhibit much that same wholesomeness and respectability I find commendable in this ever-darkening world. Thanks for holding onto that.

Mrs Zen Posted May 6, 2004
I know that I have already raved about http://www.visualthesaurus.com but I have downloaded the software now. I had trouble buying and downloading it, and one of their support people rang me to sort it out, and rang me when I was awake and at work, which impressed me no end.
Anyway, I am now the happiest you have ever seen, with words spawning words spawning words in the background of my PC screen.

Good morning all. Hootoo seems improved.
For breakfast I believe I'll have some of Wolfgang's delicious corn muffins and just a little Mayan pork.

Carefull in Roswell, Lil. If I learned anything from the last time it was "stay out of the light". That, and "Don't touch monoliths."

"http://images.quizilla.com/J/jsimner/1062440431_ten.jpg" My inner child is ten years old today The adult world is pretty irrelevant to me. Whether I'm off on my bicycle (or pony) exploring, lost in a good book, or giggling with my best friend, I live in a world apart, one full of adventure and wonder and other stuff adults don't understand. Cant disagree much with that(I live in a world apart/adults don't understand.)Supose if i dont why should they

Lil - thanks for the Hermes/Mercury/Coyote info. I guess I did like Hermes the best when I was younger. I mainly familiar with Loki through the Ring Cycle by Wagner, which has all his Norse ripoffs. Coyote sounds pretty cool. He shows up in a Simpson's episode too!
