Well, that was the shortest Preservation Board meeting anyone can remember! Only 2 items on the agenda, and both of them had to be tabled. We can't elect new officers until everyone attends, and we couldn't deal with refurbishment of the Gibson house because we didn't have enough notice to study the submission.
So I was home in time to attend the online mojovox meeting. And since the attendees all liked what I was doing, I'll show y'all, too:

The lunar eclipse is cool, too bad I have to pack for my trip. I would watch it egress from teh umbra.

The day is overcast, damp and blowy this morning. I'm hoping it will improve over the weekend so that we can have a day out.

That's an evil-looking rock face, Lil . I love it. Great sky too.
Today I'm going to have my liver scanned. I'm not expecting bad news because it's taken a whole year to get the scanning appointment so if something was dreadfully wrong I think it would have made its presence felt by now. However, I'm not allowed to eat or drink anything IRL so Matina I'd like three rashers of bacon, two eggs sunny-side and some mushrooms fried in butter please. And a .

Well the alarm was set here and I did get up look out of the window at 3:30 and see nothing but unbroken cloud and hear the patter of rain on the window. So much for watching the lunar eclipse
Still now off to sign on and then get some panoramas I've stitched together digitally to be printed
Then It'll be out and about for the weekend. Have a good one y'all

I am going to have a weekend out in any weather. And seems it will be rainy. Tonight they will bring here a huge container and we'll pack into it the remains of our shed which was torn down by a storm. It has been raining so the logs are wet and slimy.
But then the place will look much better.

I've passed my exam!!! we get immeadate marks for practical exams.. I'm just so relieved!! (Lil - it was at city hospital aka dudley road)
There were six cases with six different examiners and patients, five minutes on each one, I'm struggling to remember them all!!
There was a Mitral Reguriation which I got a C on, Varicose Veins, (another C) Liver failure, which I can't remeber, I think it was a C, Rheumatiod atheritis was a B (though said I would have got an A if I'd talked slowly), Incinsional hernia "a good pass, butI'm now allowed to tell you the grade", and a patient with COPD, and the examiner said "You'll do really, you'll passed but I'm not allowed to tell you the grade"

Feel free to ask away Amy, I have my medicine and surgery written exam on tuesday, so I've got a pile of books by my computer. I hope your test goes okay, what is it you're having done, an ultrasound?

Well done Z! Consider yourself patted on the back
Lil, that rock face is fantastic and the landscape in the backround looks real.
Still damp here and I don't feel like doing anything.

Hi everone! I'm Pattern-chaser, and I just discovered the Atelier. I mainly hang around in the Freedon From Faith Foundation (FFFF), but I'm broadening my horizons. I like entertaining conversation, sometimes intellectual, sometimes just to pass the time in good company.
My home page has a potted biography; pop around sometime, if you're passing! I hope to get to know you all, in time, but for now I've said enough, I think.

12 tenses. Told you I was ill. Or 13 if you count 'be going to' but I don't think we should, or we'll open the floodgates and end up with 40odd.
'United will win' is what is generally known as the future simple Ben, and is included in the twelve. It's not a tense technically, though, because of the way it is made. Besides: 'Every morning I get up at 7. Usually I will watch a bit of TV and then...' Not future at all there. That's why it's so hard to count, once you start to tot up the tenses that aren't really, do you just go by structure, or use or both?
How many tenses does Estonia have, to go with all those cases, Hati? I must say that I am relieved that Russian really only has three. I'd never get anywhere if I had to worry about that as well as the cases and prefixes.
Today I have succumbed to my temperature and am languishing at home with nose drops, mustard plasters, lemsips and cough syrop, and my MotherInLaw. So it's back off to bed for me...
Oh, Caer, though, if your son does feel like a stint on the TEFL circuit and wants some advice or something, feel free to give me a shout.
