Congrats, MR!
I second Marv: the new Star Wars film is brilliant!
Just got back from seeing it, and I simply must recommend it.
(My only niggle with it is a tiny continuity problem that creates a conflict between the films and the books that followed, but I can't metnion it without giving away the plot.)

Oh yes... Lil, you mentioned Dreamweaver 4. Excellent program, that.
I have never experienced any problems with it, but there are numerous bugs in the preview release of Dreamweaver MX (yes indeed, you upgraded just when they brought out an even newer version ). Hopefully they'll be ironed out before the final release.

A word of advice to those planning to see Star Wars II, make sure you are not sitting behind someone tall. To best appreciate one of one of the movie's best scenes (which come late in the film) you need a clear view of the bottom quarter or the screen.

That means that you should not sit behind me...
That is why I always try to sit in stadium style screens. In fact, I *only* go to those types of theatres.

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted May 16, 2002
Idols - so many people seem to have/have had one or several - but I've never had an idol - so I started wondering 'how common is it to have an idol?'
I remember pretending to have idols at the age of 10-11, so that I wouldn't seem too different from the other girls in my class...
...but the truth is that I tend to like the songs rather than the artists - so far I've never found an artist who hasn't made some good as well as some bad/less good songs...
...so I look at screaming masses of hysterical fans with slight astonishment, because I simply cannot understand what makes them behave that way...

I'm glad to hear that your Star Wars opinions are . I think I'll see it next weekend.
Congratulations, MR! Enjoy your summer.

MR, No1 son will be joining in the dance next week. He says he isn't going back to the Valley of the Damned even for the graduation ceremony.
The gods know when I well be seeing SW, cos I don't, with Dad going into Hosp on Sunday for major surgery, my time is going to be somewhat accounted for. Still, he was there for me when I needed it, so nuff said.

When I was young, obviously like any other giddy girl, I was more interested in the band than in their music. How else could one explain Duran Duran? Now I prefer the quality of the song and not the looks (or the politics for that matter) of the artist. There are some musicians I like that are real stinkers IRL, but I could care less.
I'm in absolute bliss today. I have a new compy, courtesy of the state. For those of you in the States: dude...I got a Dell.

Dude, I have a Dell too and I wish that I had a lobotomy to go along with it.

re Dreamweaver. It sounds to me as if it isn't giving back all the memory it took. Make sure it's the last thing opened and the first thing closed before opening Photoshop. How much RAM have you got, Lil?
Thunder and lightning is on its way . It's my very favourite sort of weather. I was born in a thunderstorm
.
I got a message on my machine from my brain doctor today. Even more problems have been found apparently. No details yet - I'll have to go to the hospital tomorrow.
I received the expenses from that last job interview today. But I still don't know if I've got the job!

My dear, my last post could have used a little proofreading, couldn't it? Just sit where you can see the bottom of the screen.
Dell's aren't so bad. It's the comps the cows sell that will get you.
Best of luck with your interview and at the hospital, Amy.
