I have been on the phone with my doctors office... It turns out that I have to take meds now for homocystienes(sp?) that are elevated. I also need to quit smoking for good. I slipped back into the evil habbit over the last year or so after having quit it. The elevation of the aforementioned checmicals are often attributed to smoking. Any good advise for a quitter like me out there?
