To refer to your previous question Tonks, yes I've got a few Internet works out there thanks to Dreamweaver. But don't try to find them. They reveal too much information about my location if you know who made them. It's a site that I helped to design that details a great deal of the history, facts, and presents about my current location on the globe.
Oh, my Chemistry teacher will be in for it next year, just watch! She practically *CHALLENGED* all of the boys in my class to be on the prom committee, even though it's a fairly well known fact that boys wouldn't be welcome there at all. Just went around, waving the semi-discrimination in our faces....
A friend of mine and I have already decided on a course of action. We get a great deal of easy to manipulate kids on our side, and totally ruin next year's prom by making it sci-fi themed. Couples dancing by the setting suns, with sci-fi based songs such as Invasion of the Gabber Robots, The Saga Begins, Yoda, and Johhnie Be Good.
Of course, that would just give them more reason to dislike us. I think we'll probably just threaten to do it, and see how far we can go before someone tries to stop us. Then we'll probably just push for a kind of classic swing/jazz themed prom to make everyone feel better.
Or maybe I'm just letting too much of the Ol' Leatherhead slip into RL. Gotta watch out for that one....

Well, at least you chose the right program for web design, Affy. There's nothing better than DW in my opinion.
Anyway, I'd better dash - I could do with an earlier night to get rid of this cold maybe.
Toodlepip!

Affy, I wish that I would have thoguht about sabatoging the Prom at my HS back in the day. As is is I skipped mine due to a lack of a GF but it would have been fun to do a Starwars or Star Trek based dance .

Oh, thanks Matina
B-17, I can't believe we were both down the other end of the country and managed to miss each other ... My brain is now full of VMS!

Has anyone noticed that the Yikes! message has changed? Are we in a new version of Ripley?

I just read it and then went to the house rules page. It seems that the Towers may have updated it a bit. The URL limitation seems to be under review. Hmmmm

Hi.
Jim's just put up a new version of the site software, but don't get too excited... most of the changes are under the bonnet, and include a number of bug fixes that have been causing problems.
The only major difference is the message shown when content is hidden - instead of just saying 'this is hidden', it a bit more about why (ie is it failed, is it referred, or is it an old piece of content that hasn't been reactivated).
Just thought you'd like to know.

[Munchkin, who attended a farce last night and as such, keeps muttering "I'm Charley's Aunt, from Brazil, where the nuts come from." and giggling]

I didn't think anyone still used VMS any more. Guess they must do!
What was the farce then Munchkin?

*staggers in looking white as a ghost and stumbles to a chair, having lost control of the car on the way into work and managing to escape both death and an accident by some miracle. It is not nice suddenly finding the world spinning around you and then ending up seeing the traffic coming towards you!*
{[B17] can't believe he is still alive, the car is undamaged and nobody was hurt]

Crikey! That would have put the wind up anybody. Glad you are ok. Think of it as your brush with car disaster for the decade.
