Just fill in the bit that says "Event" with what you want to compete in and sign at the bottom. There's a space for country but I haven't bothered with that on mine.

Ooh Zagreb, we're in Croatia. I expect we'll go down the coastal route, that's lovely.
I ought to practice a bit before we get to the 'lympics. How do you open the skylight so I can get out onto the roof?
