Oh, I dunno. Two or three Central Time is good for me, I think.

Humm Excuse me for being a cultural imperialist, but how different is Central time to GMT, it's 1 am here. What time is it at yours?

Sorry. At the moment it's about 7:30, and you posted about thirty minutes ago.
So in other words, now is not a bad time.
Although I hate rigging games.

I notice that some of you didn't have time to watch Dr Zhivago in the month of Januray, though we didn't get started on the first. I was wondering if one month is too short a time to watch the film?
But then again if we leave it too long it will get dull for people who have felt that they've got nothing more to add..

i think a month is plenty of time. besides, people can always play catch-up - it isn't as if the threads are ever "closed" on this site

No, but I don't want people to feel put off taking part in the club because they're worried that they can't keep up.. that said I could annouce in the "commitee thread" a about a week before the end of hte month that there's only one weekend left to watch the film in.

Personally (probably because I haven't re-watched Dr Zjivago yet) I think that each conversation thread should be allowed to go on for ever

I think it is perfectly okay to proceed with a new film monthly. I don't think an older thread will keep anyone from commenting on a previous film. Researchers do it all the time on all kinds of entries and threads.

Yeah, just keep a new film every month. As long as people know that old forums aren't closed, it'll work out perfectly.
