Aroma Café: The Return of the Cappuccino
JAR (happy to be back, but where's Ping?) Posted Oct 11, 2000
I would never manage to make english breakfast after a night out. I seldom manage breakfast at all! However, I imagine it could do well for a tortured body...

It's OK, Solnushka, my name isn't exactly common, anywhere, I'd say...
Eat steady fried meal BEFORE you go to bed (called 'vickning' in Sweden), and drink lots and lots and lots of water... that usually helps...

Glad you aren't too annoyed!
I heard as well that you should drink milk before going out on a marathon drinking session. It lines the stomach or something. Anything more calculated to induce sickness in me I confess I haven't come accross.

Lots of water before bed usually helps me but last night I forgot . Still, things are easing off now and I have to say it isn't the worst hangover I've ever had .

Cheeseburgers and french fries are also excellent medicine when the lumberjacks are screaming "TIIIMBEEEER!!!!!" at the top of their lungs inside your head...
And copious amounts of Coke

Lots of milk? I've heard of people drinking gravy and then hard liquor. The idea is that the gravy stops the alcohol from hitting the walls of your stomach for a while. When the gravy bubble bursts, you're hit with all the alcohol at once and concequently get VERY drunk very quickly. However death from poisoning seems more likely....
A few years ago it was "hot" among Norways less fortunate to use needles with booze straight to the vain... tampons under your arm is still being used... How do people come up with these ideas?

Sorry to go back to the unsavoury topic of Varg, but it's close to my heart.
*downs tea with Moondancer-dude*
His opinions do seem rather alien and, frankly, unwholesome, don't they? That's understandable though. Judeo-Christianity, as he says, has made it's own unwholesome views (kill gays and be merry!) part of the mainstream. Imagine if the roles were reversed: the Aryans were rulers of the world and Judeo-christianity was the underdog. Suddenly Varg would become the messiah, wouldn't he?
Myself - I would be more inclined to sidle up with him, rather than a religeon that says "love thy neighbour, unless he's different...". No better than his Aryan ideal, is it? So how come it's acceptable from JC and not V?
*hides*
