William (stepson) is doing a dance performance with others from several elementary schools in the Salt Lake Valley. The games were brought up and discussed during the 2002 olympics. Apparently, it was our former Governor who approached the Mayor of Moscow about it. The idea is to foster friendship and competition between the youth of Utah and Moscow.

Both cities have lots of snow in common! Ours is lingering here and there, but will be gone by this evening as temperatures are rising and gales and rain are forecasted for the weekend. When I shall be attempting to shop for clothes for warmer climes.
I suppose I really should make an effort to go to the gym now I'm in my exercise gear, but I realy don't want to.

No MR it's definatly not Ben - she's already got a hootoo name so I wouldn't need to invent one for her.

Good morning everyone! IIEM, a Lil Special, please, and double the doughnuts.
Another state in the USA has gone religiously regressive. In Georgia, USA, officials have removed evolution from the curriculum and even changed such phrases as "long history of the earth" by deleting the word "long."
*sigh* That makes six states where fundamentalists have ascended to power in the education system and installed their own prejudices.

removed evolution from the curriculum
Are they allowed to teach that the world is no longer flat?
Caer, Mine is the basic printer in the range, my old work had one of the more wizzy ones that could fax and do double sided printing all on its own

Toc!
I don't need smart card readers for the printer as I have a USB one, although the model H thinks will do me has got a couple of readers. I very rarely print photos off, I tend to copy them to a CD rom and create an album to use as a screensaver.
As reported elsewhere, I have finished the editing on our leaf peeping holiday in 2002 and am currently recording it back onto dv tape. The next thing I'm going to need is get a dvd burner so that I can really bore the maximum number of people!
IIEM a green with lemon, please.
*mutterings can be heard about some people who can never have the same drink twice, unlike other more considerate people*
