Gah! After this weekends tv entertainment I am _this_ close of becoming a republican!
Only I can't stand the thought of presidential elections every fourth year....

Until it's parliament who elects president it's not so bad. They won't waste very much money on maedia campaign. But now they want people to elect next president and people election will be . Democracy is boring. And expensive.

But now I have a lot of red-currant juice.

Do you have any tips on this subject?

I drain them usually for 30-40 minutes, otherwise it's all the same.
When it has been a poor currant-year, I wring the currants after the draining and boil this part of it with more sugar. It'll be more blear and I use it for making semolina foam. My kids like it very much.

We do that too, to make a "everyday" lemonade! There's always a bottle or three worth of juice left in the leftovers.
I guess I could send it to Peer Review then. Tidy it up a bit first though..
