It is a system of magick which syas that there are actually no such things as spehiroth, paths, spheres, conjurations, gods, spirits, planes, etc; these are merely tools for the use of causing things to happen. The main contribution of Burroughs to this fiels of the occults was to introduce Mr. Genesis P-Orridfe (http://www.genesisp-orridge.com) to various mysteries and fine tune Austin Osman Spare's system of sigils.
Burroughs also invented a new technique of automatic writing known as 'cut-ups,' whereby words are cut out of newspapers and randomly arranged to spell out secret messages. It can be reproduced aurally by recording a whole bunch of different conversations and speeches, then randomly splicing them all together.

Yup, that's the one. I believe s/he disbanded Throbbing Gristle in order to escape selling his/her soul to America, Inc., then s/he started a new band, Psychic TV. This was partly to make music, partly to fund his/her cult, Thee (sic) Temple ov (sic) Psychick (sic) Youth, which was not really a cult, it was an anarchic club (for want of a better word) that encouraged people to think for themselves and not be ashamed of sex. S/He attempted to disband TOPY when it started to get too much like a religion, but there are still pockets of it scattered around. ATM, P-Orridge is just being very weird with his/her beloved wife.
