A local mentally ill person was killed by the police a couple of weeks ago. We had a parade two Saturdays ago. And our annual 'festival' was a roaring success. Here's something good! We have a new donut shop. Greebo would just love it! The lady who runs it makes everything from scratch.

Stay away from SWAT teams. They're not friendly. 
And don't bother to offer them a donut.
