The Division Leaders would turn into Captains. Call their Groups Divisions.
The row above them would be Coordinators.

Next row is Supervisors.
Then everyone else goes on a separate table, telling their specialty job in a Division (Watch, Lockpicker, Assassin) and their job in the Guild (Guard, Treasurer, Scout).
Anyone that's left H2G2 would be removed completely.
Anyone that hasn't left but isn't active will be asked as to what they would like to do. No response and they're out.
Anyone that's partially active will be asked, and we'll wait a while for a response.
Active members and Participating members will choose their job if they don't have a rank.
Only active members will get a rank.
We may only have 2 Divisions until more people come.
The rest wouldd get to do...other stuff.

so the first table would have 5 rows.
We could keep the Houses too. They'd be just where people live while not assassinating someone.
2nd table would be the last 4 rows (one would be gone from Inactive members), probably with each row being slightly higher ranked than the one before it.
Captains get to choose their group out of the 2nd table. and no hogging all the Active members.

Should I keep the squads? They'd be run by a supervisor. the captain'd run a job, and if the job had multiple parts then they'd split into squads with 2 supervisors.
