Yeah those.
I ask because it can't possibly be worse than the psychological torture of the SNAB version of practical exams.

Actually doing marking, or negative marking? Where you start off with full marks, and lose them as you make mistakes? Or where you're not given the benefit of the doubt?

Where you have marks taken off for wrong answers, and marks awared for correct answers.

Oh, that.
So zero is in fact 50%? Harsh.

You'd get 100% if you got all the questions right, but nothing if you have half the answers right.
Well, that was on IT anyway, generally you get 25% if you answer half the questions correctly and the other half wrong (you can opt to not answer a question, and no marks are deducted).

Yeah, that's what I meant.
It seems very, very harsh. Bet it really sorts the sheep from the goats.

Ah true. I had not considered that.
What's your last exam?

I plan on those, just as I plan on early mornings. It never happens, because I read too much and like to sleep in.

My attempts to read at night result in me speeping on the book, so I've given up. I can manage early mornings but not early nights.

I can manage *an* early morning. Don't ask for two consecutive, though.

Not really. *sigh*
Still, there aren't many employers who'll take someone on for just two weeks, and any money helps.

Most don't have much choice. I didn't work on public holidays or weekends, but did enough to earn me £300.

cool.
Work that I want to do, if I can get it, is for British Land. They took me on for four days and paid me £230 for it. And it goes up with age.
