Aww,
Poor PJ, hope all is well with the family.
Perhaps you could pretend to have a hangover in the morning. I'm sure no one would blame you for being too sober.
I've just noticed U and I are next to each other......, well on the keyboard anyway.
----
I once realised that, if there was no F in Life, Life would be a Lie.
Makes you think, don't it...!
Detectiving is coming on slow.
You working on any opuses?
Thoth,

Geez, I even CHECKED the keyboard too! What a saddo I am! Feeling a little 'qwerty' now!
If were to play that game of life/lie we'd be here until the middle of next year I'd expect. Hurts the wee peanut brain to try and crack that one so let's live with the lie.
As for 'opuses'? Nah, no crocuses either. Bit of a bare muse here, (all that rage on the 'boss' took it outta me!)
BTW, will you or could you, (if you want to), send me Chap 2 by email and I'll give it a read, if you wish that is?
(I've always wanted to be the beautiful assistant/assisting beautifully... da-de-daaa... )

RE: Family; thanks for asking. Just the usual mad shenanigans... No dooming deaths or anything, but if I should get my hands on my sister, I swear I'll.... Grr... Nah, 'tis OK...

Hiya,
Thanks for the offer...
You can read me like a book.
It will be a week or two before the next section is polished enough for your eyes only.
---
There's been a movie on with Greta Scacchi this eve, so not much work done for the last couple of hours...
Off to zzzland soon.
Take care,
Thoth,

I SEEEEEEE!
Thoth's mind has been elsewhere tonight!
So sleep well and dream of angels, (and Greta), and catch you on the first fruitful eve of November, where I will try to assist beautifully...
Night detective dear,
Jen

Aw... Need some alka-skelter?
I'm fine. Struggling with detective words.
I need a confidence boost, or a bottle of something or other. Any suggestions?
Please don't use the W word on this thread.
No searing allowed...

Music always helps or eating the dictionary...
You could send me what you've written and I will get back yo you about it late tomorrow night (at work until about 8pm). I could murder a few library borrowers, tie up a few naughty children trying to access porn instead of National Geographic and cut their hands off. I could stab that little old geeze whonever flushes the toilet after him and posin some staff members as they didn't but me any chocolate... THEN call for Chief Inspector Thoth to survey the scen to see if he can find out 'Whodonnit'!!
WASN'T ME! No, No!
What de you think?
(Think I should stick to poetry... )
The 'w' word followed by 'ee' perhaps?
No cursing here, boss!

Rehi,
Sadly it’s not in a shape to go public yet.
As soon as I have a section worthy of PJ’s ministrations, I’ll mail it yourwards. In fact you will be the second person to read it.
Bits of it now are just section headings. Like….
Wanna be writer meets twin Swedish stewardesses in the sauna.
(That bit needs some work)…

Thoth1 Posted Nov 3, 2004
This week's homework was Synopses.
We were meant to read a book and do a synopsis for it, but I just did a revamp of the detective saga.

I always thought 'synopsis' wa like a cough medicine or something. It is a little toughie of a word.
Will take a look at the revamped homework.
So i should keep my hair on then?!
