no there is always a consatant number of hang overs in the world moving from one persion to another that is why you dont always get them as somtimes there arnt wnough to go round

No, they cannot be reincarnated becasuse Oh well - I really do not know why!
Great to meet you again.
I am now a venerable 80 years old, the computer has at last believed my date of birth
So I do hope that some of my old (metaphorically speaking!) friends will say Hi. to me again. It is jolly difficult to make contact with people again.
