Paul, firstly he doesn't hate dogs so much as all wildlife. Secondly I believe we're forgetting his most important role, he is also assistant librarian.
Thirdly if you'd said such a thing about dogs before Christmas, paul, I'd have hunted you down, beaten you about the head and neck with a broken bottle and stripped you before tying numerous pork chops around your hip type area, especially towards the front and rear, and released a pack of ravenous dobermans. As it is I'm feeling generous so I'm going to leave the 'dogs eating your genitals and bottom' bit out
