Of course you need it. Those other people can just wait. Or work double shifts so that they too can afford nice computers.

Yes, of course they can. All they need do is pay a visit to Zarniwoop, who can set them up in a virtual universe where they win the lottery every time, become famous for anything they do, and are cheered by millions when they walk down the street.

Well, yes. But don't forget theres bad parts too. Its hard being as awesome I am. Luckily my natural humility keeps me able and functioning even though my greatest soars amongst the eagles.

Well, I can't imagine being that great, but I would certainly enjoy the money that followed such fame .

It would enable me to buy decent shoes, fill my car's gas tank, set my home thermometer above 60 degrees in the winter, and eat out more than once a year.

I took a cue from "Nim's Island," and am saving on meat costs by subsisting on mealworms. I eat mealworm quiche, mealworm tofu, and drink mealworm wine.

Which isn't easy as they don't fit a pipe very well, are hard to roll in cigarette papers and are extremely difficult to light.

Well, dried fish will burn, though I wouldn't want to get near the fumes
Powdered milk will probably burn (haven't ever tried it, though), but might be a tad toxic to inhale.
Butter ends up as creme brulee.
