Confused Skie Gazer...
Ok, I haven't been here in... two years or so. But my wonderful friend, Amy Dillon, told me to come back and try again. Just one more thing to take up my time.
Am I allowed to say something about myself here? I'm a college student, studying religion/philosophy w/a minor in creative writing. All of my friends are atheist-scientists (w/the exception of Amy)--go figure.
I want to change the world. I also would like to write one or two lasting poems, and maybe a book or two, mostly about insightful, human reality--but not too hard to get or deep, so that everyone can enjoy them. I like the metaphor of a pond--you can peer into it and enjoy the life that thrives everywhere, or you can get just as much joy from the ripples and wonder at the mysterious living things that cause them beneath the surface that you can't quite see. Either way.
