hi guys. i just remembered that i had this whole page on here and everything. imagine my surprise when i realized this thing continued to exist after i'd forgotten about it. anyway, so i'm back, tho i can't say exactly how reliable my memory is, so i have no idea how long i will be staying. sorry to interrupt your conversation, but so far, you're the only people i recognize on here. i feel so alone! heehee, . just kidding. anyway, yes, i must be going now. tata.

Ah, so there you is! I wondered if you'd forgotten all of us... You've missed a bit. Peregrin's the president, and now I've got wolves that follow me everywhere I go. Sort of like the nursery rhyme Mary, but without the sheep. I think they're all back from the 100th keepers Party, I'm really not sure. *shrug* Well, glad you're back. Have some cheese on toast. And some tea.
Now all we need is for RA to get back... his protein strands are getting stale.

Peregrin Posted Jan 13, 2001
*prods the wolves to see if they do anything*
Ooooh, cheese on toast. I could really do with some right now.
I could give RA a kick and see if he's awake...

Oi! I'm in permahibernation.
*goes back to sleep*

Peregrin Posted Jan 13, 2001
*drips hot melted cheese onto the back of RA's neck*

*snickers*
*wolves look at Peregrin with grins, nudging noses into his... well... wings for petting*
*snickers some more and reaches for her morning tea*

Oooooh! CHEESE!
Now we just need some fish, preferably filleted salmon.
RA,
who is thinking of changing his name to A A Aardvark so he can be first on Amy's friend's list... This being a suitably pointless thing to do.

A A Ardvark?? Maybe I'll just put everyone in researcher number order, if you want to be closer to the top that badly.
Yumm... salmon would be good. It's almost dinner time over here, I'm starting to get hungry.

Eek! Aaaaardvarks
*pets the wolves and feeds them prawns*

Dinner time. Hmmm... Ah yes, that happened about three days ago, as I remember.

Yep. It's that thing when everyone sits down to eat all at once, usually with warm food... sort of like this party only much faster. It's nice... and gives you something to do inbetween getting online and h2g2-iing.

How was your Christmas, Amy? (and Skie if you're still around!)
Now it's a Cheese on Toast Party!
Roasted Amoeba Posted Jan 15, 2001
Well - I live on my own, so dinner time = heating up something as fast as possible so that I don't have to be away from the internet or TV for too long...

Peregrin Posted Jan 15, 2001
Pah, do you take no pride in your food?
(I'm not one to speak, the last thing I ate was pasta with tinned tuna, and a biscuit)

Hmmm, my Christmas... nice and quiet, I guess is the way to put it. Did the whole present thing here at a reasonable time (like 9), and then went to Maryland to visit my mom's folks for more Christmas and Christmas dinner. There's really not much to say other than that, I guess. Just a very nice Christmas. *warm fuzzies*
So, how was yours?

I got up at 2pm on Christmas day. It seemed like a good opportunity for a lie in...

Peregrin Posted Jan 18, 2001
lol! what a waste of half a Christmas!
But then it depends on the alternative... fortunately I have fun with my family

Actually it wasn't too bad this year. But I still don't see why there should be a lot of fuss about Christmas... It's just a normal day.

Peregrin Posted Jan 19, 2001
A normal day?! You call the celebration of the birth of Christ a normal day? OK so they've got the date wrong, and commercialism has all but destroyed the meaning, but it's still one of the most important dates in our calendars.

True, but it's only important if you deem it so... I mean, it's important to me and all, but the commercialism has pretty much destroyed it. Though I do like getting together with my family.
Now Easter... there's a holiday I get up and dance on.
