Spider's eggs, I think.
My keyboard played up again yesterday afternoon; it was even worse than last week. It is OK again now, fortunately.

drifting along...
I found a South American tarantula on my attic door knob once. I'm told they hitch on your bananas as tiny fellows and then grow up in you attic. He was brown, furry, ugly as sin and with legs splayed, about as big around as a good size coaster. (I gently removed him from the house in a box. Any spider big enough to catch a full grown roach is a friend of mine.)
... with the tumbling tumbleweeds...

Oh, that explains it.
We were watching the 1991 'Dark Shadows' remake last night. I, as usual, poking holes in the script...young David was frightening his governess Victoria with a tarantula in a cigar box...I wondered where he found a tarantula in Collinsport, Maine...
Now I know. Mrs Johnson, the housekeeper, was obviously not watching those bananas closely enough.

I actually hear buzzing, bells, clicks when I read that. Trying to remember the robot that used to talk like that... It'll come to me

There's a cartoon character in Penelope Pitstop that speaks like that.
