Malabrista - there are people flying in specially. None of us can back out now.

I was just reading an article about 'tapas' today - hadn't realised that Seville is the Home of Tapas.
I fully expect to fly home from Spain about 4 kilos heavier than when I arrived
ps - thanks for those links Az

My chances are waning, Az - (a) of getting a cheap flight and (b) of persuading my husband to let me go. He probably wouldn't say "no" but he has said we ought to cut down spending a bit.
Hmm
Oh s*d it. I'll have another look at flights in the morning. Too late now - I'm going to bed.

Hi Malabrista - I meant : The German Meet. When people are booking flights and hotels, the locals (B'Elana, Sho, you, me) should be well represented.
Is there an entry anywhere for this Seville Orange or does it all exist in conversations?

Well, it started off here in my journal back in August with Noggin and me thinking it might be nice to have a mini meet in Seville. So it's not really any sort of h2g2 *official meet entry* or anything like that. In fact, it's not even an *unofficial meet*. Which was why we chose not to 'advertise' it in when Titania offered us that option - mostly because we didn't want it turning into something big and impersonal.
So this is the only thread about it, in terms of 'signing up'.
Anyhow, here is the list so far . . .
Confirmed:
Teutcher & Mr T
Ben & Z
MoG
Lucky & Dai
blickybadger
Possible:
Blues and SLG
Alfster
Kerr & Bruce
Ferrettbadger
Matholwch & wife

What's the best way to get from the airport to your place, az?

That's too bad, Sho!
MoG, there is an airport bus but for some weird reason it doesn't run between 2-5pm, otherwise I'd meet you at the airport. So I guess the only other option is a taxi. Anyhow, you already know my address but I'll email you some extra instructions so that the of a taxi driver doesn't 'accidently get lost'.
Wow, just about six more weeks to go!

Wow indeed!
I've got my CD and booklet from this weekend's Independent in order to get a crash course in Spanish
Buenos tardes. Qué tal?

As I've mentioned, my attending depends on me selling my condo in time. So far I've got the fireplace, mirrors and lights all done but I still have the counters and plumbing to finish!
Wish me well and a willing buyer.
