I'm listening to local radio. At this moment they are playing Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbrough-Je T'aime... Remember that one! I still love it. Oooh!
They played 'Get the fire brigade' earlier-Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick? and Tich.

I know what you are saying about fellow posters. But AHL really 'has it in for me'. Sometimes I really want to tell him to p..s off!! But ofcourse I can't!

I've had a bit of an upsetting email this morning. Oh dear. More tears. I think that I must take myself out for a long walk beside the coast.

Hello Rick.

Have you been out and about on Mother's day? I was at church this morning. I cried such a lot. My daughter and son-in-law took me out for a yummy lunch in a rather nice pub/restaurant. I am still feeling very full('cos I also had a big pudding!). And too much wine! I might go out to church in an hour, so I had better not open a new bottle of wine yet!

How are you feeling today? I do hope you are well. And happy. And relaxed.

I've had another terribly sad email~~from the same person. I'm very very sad.............

Just has another run-in with our friend AHL. Oh bother.

I see Mr Air went straight for the jugular again,he? seems the old school teacher type to me,yet with a low tolerance threshold and poor manners I mean we are all just passing the time so why all the bitterness and vitriol from Air?

I've been to church tonight.I'm now finishing off the mulled wine(from Christmas!).

I don't want to argue with AHL. But he doesn't seem to like me at all. Other folk make mistakes but he often seems OK with them. But when it comes to me~~well, I find it most upsetting.

I hope you have an easy'ish day tomorrow. It's snowing here tonight.

My back is so painful. I had prayer for it tonight.

Would you believe I am still feeling very full since lunch time! I didn't have a colossal amount to eat but it was obviously enough for my delicate system.

Well, that horrid AHL has upset everyone now. He made me cry this morning when I read what he had left for me. But now Graham has said he's had enough~~and that has made me cry again. I know, I know~~"get a life, Polly". But there are several of us that I feel are old friends--there's you, Graham, Stout-Cortez, Mathos. Maybe I do need to get more of a life. But I feel a certain comradeship with my few R4 friends. I am so sad that Graham has felt he needs to leave the boards. I shall miss him so much. Oh dear, now I'm crying even more. First Mr.P left us, and now Graham. And where is Frank? I worry about him because he was very 'down' one evening around Christmas time, and he also told us that he was unwell. He had talked about death. I pray he is still out there somewhere.

Golly-I feel so depressed(have done so for a while though). I'm out tonight~helping with the Alpha meal etc.

I'm getting into such a state today. There are tears everywhere. I hate losing friends. I've recently lost one who has broken my heart. But you and Graham, Mathos and SC are very special. I know that might seem daft to you, but I feel a closeness to each of you. We go back a long way now since those early days.

Well, I shall miss Graham so very much. He is brave to leave~~but I do know that he has got a great life without us. I still can't believe how nasty AHL is. What a flipping bloke. Or is he a she? He's the one who has spoilt our innocent fun. Oh Rick. I take these things to heart far too much, I know. Maybe I am just too depressed. I am.

I must wash my face etc soon because I now look a wreck.
