Sean Connery is fabulous!
The league of Extrodinary gentleman doesn't look very deep but it does looks like fun. keep it in the chat rooms, much less complicated.
talk to you later.

What have you done now CG? And just after I'd sorted your life out too.
Sean Connery is very very old.

Arrrrrrrrgh! Line fell over, then it didn't recognise me......
Where were we? Oh yes - who do we like. I liked which-ever Fiennes it was in Shakespeare in Love.... Sorry, CG , have to agree with Pat about Sean C. - not just the age, just too, um, full of himself? But then - I have very strange taste

I havn't done anything! - much - just trying to get out of driving near on 300 miles tomorrow - that's all!
Sean maybe very very old (bet you won't be saying that when you get to his age!), but he is still VERY, VERY delicious!

ummm - Joseph Fiennes - absolutely - I have been known to go out with chaps that look a bit like that....always turn out to be...not quite right for me!

wysiwyger Posted May 21, 2003
I suppose that's always the risk when you go out with some-one who just looks right - still, probably better than going out with some-one who's not right for you AND you don't like the way he looks either Mind you that would be a Very Silly thing to do I suppose....

Wise after the event, I'm afraid! (just flicked on the TV & am wondering if it's worth watching Withnail & I .... again. Now - Richard E Grant - there's a fine example of the demonic b/f-type!)

The Magster Posted May 21, 2003
Evening all
I don't like Sean Connery either and that has nothing to do with his age and everything to do with his lack of ability (imho).
Adding my two pennyworth re meeting peeps from online (for what it is worth)...I wouldn't like to do a mass meeting, far too intimidating but I have met people that I have chatted with online and forged some rather nice real life relationships including Mr Magster, he and I "met" in an aol chatroom eons ago when the internet was young

Hi Magster,
what a romantic story . It's good to hear these things can really work - a friend of mine has a load of horror stories about men she met IRL after chatting with .....

The Magster Posted May 21, 2003
I know a few with horror stories too Hazel but I have only had really good experiences, I suppose its a matter of knowing when something feels right and then going with the feeling. I tend to trust my instincts and it if it doesn't "feel" good then I don't do it.

If we're going for looks then I've got to put my two cents in for Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. Maybe it's still the bit of 007 that still makes Sean charming?

alas my time here is short. Talk to you later.

wysiwyger Posted May 21, 2003
Well - I'm glad worked for you (& Mr Magster too, of course)
Your instincts are obviously well-tuned!

Now, Johnny Depp I could agree with - I don't think I know who the other one is. Depp also gets brownie points (what are brownie points by the way?) for appearing on the Fast Show.
Key: Complain about this post
