Thanks for the offer Lou but I will deal with ij in my own sweet way. I have made a posting saying that I am not allowed to quarrel, so no doubt betty and paul bernal will continue unless the dementors have a pop at them too. It makes me laugh when I remember that when I first started posting I tried to get everyone to be nice to him. I really did think that he might have a nice side. Now I think he has a serious mental health problem and I am not joking on that score. It's a bit like I thought DD was harmless but gradually I saw that he is actually quite a creepy individual. I ignore his posts now whatever the subject and whatever he says.
On a lighter note...I see that Mr Lew has fallen in love again

Actually I am really, really pished off because I had a massive row with my 8 year old and I did something I don't do very often and smacked him. I hate myself when I do that. I have a big problem with myself doing shitty stuff like that. I didn't beat him black and blue or anything but I just don't like myself too much tonight. I know what you mean about smacking. I think the last time I smacked my eldest was when she was a bout 8. I smacked her so hard on the thigh that there was a hand print - I can't remember now what she did - but we both remember it and laugh - cos it hurt me far more than it hurt her. I never smacked her again and now she complains that I'm not like a proper mother as I don't discipline them! You just can't win!!!
